Cobra 148 GTL - L44 info?

This is an old thread but mikes radio repair on YouTube did a rewind of L124 of an hr2510 radio which looks similar to the 148. Part numbers are not the same though. I did a rewind as per the video for the 2510 and it does work fine. So as long as you keep the turns the same etc.you should...
