2016 Volvo 670 antenna cable routing.

im wanting to install my own antenna and cable. I need to remove the A pillar cover to route it up, but it appears I need to remove the curtain track to get it loose. Anyone have a clue how to remove this track. It appears to just pop out of several grommets but it also doesn't want to budge and...
