I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone for 2 weeks. As far as email goes Shawn responded 1 time to request my address and I have sent it to him 3 times and did not get a reply yet.:confused1:

Question about connecting a Stryker 655 to a PC

I also recently bought a Stryker 655 and customer/tech support will not answer the phone or return calls after leaving a message. This has been going on for 2 weeks as I also need the USB programming cable. I have called every day and nobody ever answers and tried on the website and nothing...
