sb200 relay always energized

I recently purchased and installed H soft key. NO radio connected, when power is on relay latches, till power is off. Thought I did something wrong and purchased 2nd SK. Same results. Been trying to work through this (not rocket science:). I have found when removing the yellow SK wire it goes...
