    I don't know, I've been using the bearcat for years and never had to mess with anything. But the wiring diagram doesn't show phantom power for the 94hpc mic.

    It does have "up" and "down" buttons for channel switching on top of the mic. The 94hpc wiring is provided by Stryker for those that wish to use an aftermarket mic.
