what amp is this

I have one of these amps also and I could never find any info on it. Mine has 4 6kd6 tubes and does about 400. Very clean and good sounding amp. Worth fixing !!

Can someone help me with info on this part pointed out in the photo ?? Put too much into the amp and burned this part.
