I'm wanting to purchase a 500' roll of RFC 400 and divy it up with a few people. Price is $231 on eBay...$.46/foot. Currently, 400' are spoken for so is anyone in need of 100' of coax? LMR400 equivalent @ $46.?

Didn't catch the .5 micron bit, the filters I looked at on Amazon were advertised at .2 micron. I've looked at several charts for chlorinating and they have all called for 8 drops for clear water and 16 drops for cloudy water. Better safe than sorry though!

Not pushing this product,there are several brands available. This video and the other suggested videos on the side bar will give you an idea on how they work. The kits are available on Amazon and other online sources. Just one of many ways to filter water!
I can't yet commit my boat but i definitely want to do this. The motor is out of it currently but it should be ready well before this trip if all goes according to plan. I can bring 2 or 3 people and gear.
