Instead of using pin D3 use D2(ground)? And connect the pot directly to the pins? For regulating the voltage,is this possible??

Hi, I have the hp 1300w psu and i saw the diagram but im not sure how to wire de resistor to get higher voltage. Is there someone who has a real pic of the back psu?
