Update on the watt meter. Pushing 100 watts, easy 75-80 and amp runs slightly warm, not hot. Should last a long time.

I have mine at 3... not sure why.

Update. Picked up a jumper today. Started plugging everything back in..(quick disconnects) and noticed the radio would not power up. (One wiring line for each device to the battery.) Switched QD's and the radio fired up and the amp was back to the normal weak anemic level of led output...

I did get it hooked up to the radio only and found it is putting out 1.75 watts Dead Key. However, I do not have a clue how to hook it up so it is reading the 203 while hooked up to the 980. Maybe I need a special jumper...?

I did get it to work today. Certain channels are skip and obnoxious loud and very annoying when trying to pick up locals. So I just delete those 3 channels and it rolls through the rest. Of course the delete is temporary and they can be added back in at anytime if desired on scan. Scan...

SeaGiant, I am running a 980 as well. Have you figured out how to delete certain channels from the scan function? Haven't figured that one out yet.
