I run an older Alinco DM-330MV switching power supply and love it. Variable voltage (5-15vdc) if you need it.

I have a new KL-500 mobile amp for sale. Appears to be new and never hooked up to power until I tested it. Although I've verified that it powers up, I've not tested transmit. I'm selling it as-is. Helping a buddy clear out his Dad's estate. Asking $175 + shipping.
To reiterate what others have said, this seems to be a lot of effort for not much return. Sure it will work, but this is a 0.5 watt radio...NOT a 5 watt.
