VX-8R Setting Time - How to?

I remember reading that the manual was wrong for setting the time. I know I read the corrected steps once before because I had set the time when I got my radio. I cant find the proper directions any more. Ive searched here and the Yahoo group but to no avail. Does anyone have it...
