+/- 5kHz looks like the Deviation spec. I think you said that the Selectivity was: -6/-60 dB 12 kHz/28 kHz This is for the receiver and means that at 12kHz (+/- 6kHz from center carrier frequency) wide, the received signal is attenuated by 6dB from what is received within the pass...
