I haven't tried the smart beaconing. Once I initially got things working - I went back to that old aggage "if it works... don't... " :lol: I also would like to hear from anyone that has worked with this feature.

UPDATE I was just informed: "The latest software came with a warning about the Wx channel problem, and said that one way to avoid it is to set 2 stations in memory. I guess this prevents the lock-up, but I have not tried it yet."
