I would go with the Ham 4. Easier to send out and get repaired if the need arises. I have used one since 1976.

55 and Wizard are not the same person. 55 is in Florida and Wizard is in Illinois. They both build quality boxes. Google Wizard built amps and go to his website. He also has a few videos on youtube showing his boxes in action.

I have ran a Shakespere big stick on top of my Super Laser 500 flatside for years now. It is the same design as the Antron. Never really had any problems with this setup. Not sure about running the Maco though.

The stacked 7's would out talk the Super laser. Make sure you have enough rotor to hold them in the wind and to be able to turn them also.

Use whatever length will get you to where you need to be. It doesn't have to be 18 feet . As far as the jumpers go it doesn't matter on the types of coax used.

Go with the Interceptor and put the beam on the 60 foot tower and the Interceptor on the 40 foot. You will get better use out of your beam being higher than your ground plane.

How long have you owned the amp ? Have you ever seen it do more than 1000 watts ? I am quite certain that you don't want to drive the 250b with very much. Maybe the power supply in the amp is only capable of making the amp do 1000 watts ? Probably not much help but maybe some things to...

The six tube 4cx250r box I have will do 4000 to 4500 easy with no more than 4 to 5 watts drive. I normally run it keying around 2000 though. It is listed for sale here in the for sale section. I went to ebay to check on this one and it must have been pulled already.

Just make sure and don't drive it with more than a 3 or 4 watt dead key swinging to no more than 7 or 8. They are pretty good little amps but were made back when most radios only put out 4 or 5 watts. Later,Mike.
