Grant xl LSB no mods

I need to adjust the tx freq on LSB. I have only a freq counter & voltmeter, no scope. No one locally to do repairs, I sent my 959 in for repairs & I am looking at 4-6 weeks. I need noise... Thanks NM516 Gary
