    I have 2 of these that dont transmit, one transmits on FM only and has no dead key or modulation on AM. The other has no transmit at all on either mode. The regulators are fine, the finals are good. TX RX lights work on both. Any ideas would be great!

    I have this radio on my bench and it has had issues. 1, Modded by a shop. 2 would not switch on every time, fixed that issue and it transmits like a champ BUT there is something wrong with the squelch. Something is holding it on. Adjustment makes no difference. If I pull the transistor out...

    Connex 3300 HP noise on transmit

    I have a Connex 3300hp with the ept360015C board that is making a wisshhing noise when it transmits. Even with no microphone element attached, if I key it, there is a parasitic wave coming down the line as modulation. Any ideas? I bypassed the echo and talkback board and that was not it.
