I bet the 100 uF is 100 pF. My Original Fritzel FD-4 1500 watt AMA balun 1:6.7 also works on 6 meter as well. No C in the long leg though, not needed that SWR is quite good over the bands.

the velocity factor doesn't mean that amount of power gets to the antenna, that is the attenuation of the coax and length used. You use the velocity factor in making coax baluns or calculate 1/4 or 1/2 wave lengths.
