anyone else have any thoughts on the bluetooth set up? I am thinking about buying the board for the radio, but I really am torn on which earpiece to get.... Anyone have a great set up they would like to share???

I travel a lot so I keep a lot of different regions. I keep regions in banks and each bank is alphabetically organized. I also give repeaters names that mean something to me, I don't list them by their calls.
I have ordered a spare GPS Mount to see if I can wire in a plug for my ear piece and wrist mic. I really like this type of set up for when off roading. Makes it so much easier to hear.

Just speaking as to the accuracy of the GPS in regards to WAAS or not. I use a Delorme PN-20 and when I hat both sitting outside in a field full view of the sky they both read EXACTLY the same. I have done this a few times and am always pretty impressed.

So Funny thing... I sent my radio into Vertex adn got it back last week. Today I got their postcard in the mail saying they received it.... Hey at least they sent it. BTW the radio is working great!
Well I got my HT back today. Looks like they really logged some hours fixing it. Unfortunatly it doesnt say what they did... but it sounds great adn I am back getting great signal reports. Even found myself on aprs.fi...... I didnt get a post card from Yaesu but I got a letter from them...
I think he was talking about using the Yaesu Bluetooth headset with his cell phone. I dont see why this wouldnt work... but I dont have the bluetooth module... infact at this moment I am still waiting for my vx-8 to come back from the shop... :(:(

There is a memory bank screen where you can add the memories real easy and arrange them however you want. as far as moving them around I'm not real sure what you mean. I attached a screen shot of the Memory Bank screen
