4 to 5-Pin Mic Adapter - Where to Find?

I'm having a hard time finding a 4 to 5 pin mic adapter on the internet.
I am trying to find this part so I can hook up a four pin mic to a Cobra 148GTL that has a 5-pin mic plug.

Anyone have a link to a site that has one?
