I got this radio and the guy said it worked brought it home and has low output took the bottow cover off and found l 17 slug was cracked and cant get it out what can I do to solve this I have a 148 gtl for parts

if it was me I would unsolder the total assembly for L17 then gently lift the complete unit off the board and then if you look at the bottom of the slug it has a notch in it just like the broken one on top that you can see. now gently remove the slug and just turn it over . the slugs all have a notch on both sides. after you turn the slug over resolder the unit back into the board so you can now adjust it. easy fix.
