Does Top Gun Quad 5 have adj. RF power on SSB via front knob?

Unless its an ALC meter you want it to move to show output, if its not moving you are not generating a signal.

    Hello I have a old school 2950 receives great on all modes and transmits great on AM but no transmit on SSB. Does anyone have any idea?
