Does anyone have any information as to where the battery is located in this radio. I want to do the battery mod for it, but want to know where I am going before I start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I did the mod and it works like a champ. The only bad this is taking all those screws out and putting the unit back together. It has to be totally dissasembled to do it, and it is kinda tedious taking the battery out of the radio, but I handled it pretty good. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">
