  Hello, i just bought a ps-52kx for $50.00. and it works but under load the dc volts go up to 18 volts. but will be right on 13.8 volts under no load. i understand you are very good on power supply's. can you please give me any advice on what to check or test this PS to get it working right? This is my first post and my first time asking for help. Thanks
