I think the VR you meant is VR107, I see it in the schematic, but not on the board...still looking. I see the point [4] is supposed to be at 7.9V as well, and that is the 9V I'm seeing. So I think it might need to have that 9V at reference [4] reduced somehow to the 7.9V.

I'll take some measurements in the morning on the pins at the bottom of the PLL "can" and see whats up. If I'm not getting the 10.240 at the PLL it may be bad. I can read 10.240 at the X-tal itself tho

OK, I just found some more information on the PLL section "sardine can" PLL. I will have a look at it later and take some measurements. Here's what I have from my book.

So by looking at this, the PLL should have the 10.240 at TP1, and be feeding it to the 2001 mixer? Or am I reading this the wrong way.
