putting up antenna

hello everyone i plan on putting up a 102 steel whip on a 60 ft trileg antenna base, ataching it to my metal shop for ground plane,while useing metal wire for towerties,orbraces,for the tower, there are no power lines in1/4 mile,just 2 metal buildings,in close prox. I plan on driving a ground...
