I have a feeling that the only cord you're going to find will be a 2 hole plug that fits the 2 ac pins with the 3/8" spread as described at Kens. I dont believe youll find that 5 pin plug unless someone here has one squirreled away. In any case call Ken and he'll know what will work.

I generally dont scan docs like this. Usually what i do is take pics of the relevant pages or sections and post the pics. They're usually of high enough quality for folks to see to make their repairs. Thanks for sharing your collection.
