Yeah, except these AT-6666 PRO / QT-80 radio's don't have a power up display at all. (The AT-5555N2 and QT60 / PRO have the configurable display text, but that is programmed with the PC software, and is not stored in the firmware either).

TXNR is turned OFF on the radio itself, by pressing the NRC button while holding PTT (during TX). So, it can be set independent of RXNR.
