Cheers @c64new . I'm just here to help people out when I can, and to share any info I can. The PRO isn't perfect (what radio is?), but I do think it's the best RTX of its kind we've ever seen, but to each their own. : ) The main thing that will be looked at more in the near future is CW mode...

    Anytone At-6666 Pro

There is always a way, but it's not currently available publicly. QX understands that some access is needed for the dealer channel, and for the "pro" end users. There is good news: There will be an official solution to this in the near-ish future. Stay tuned. Your example of 20Hz frequency...

That is normal. 15m is a "gift band" - the factory makes no performance claims for 15m. In testing we have found a slight reduction in RX sensitivity, and on TX we see between 40-60w PEP. It's quite useable. The TX output on 15m remains clean with harmonic suppression still achieving around...

    New President Washington Mobile Radio?

I disagree. PEP is an extremely important measure in RF, and when used correctly, is correct. Anyone with proper calibrated SSB meters can show consistent, repeatable performance to the specifications. (What you see in that video, is totally the opposite of this). Agreed! I saw one of his...

Hi all, I have seen a few people talking about the TONE menu setting (SSB TX Bandwidth / frequency response) in the AT-6666 PRO and QT-80. It allows for either LO 3K or HI 4K settings. I was messing around with one today so I thought some of you might find this interesting. Below are the...

    Radioddity QT80 (6666 pro clone)

Hi have 3 of them here. All of mine do between 80-90W PEP on AM, and 95-104W PEP SSB. Better than advertised on 10m/11m. Measured with a Bird 43, a Monitor Sensors meter, and a new calibrated spec an. All of the tests I have seen done by others with these meters, and also with an LP-100A also...

Looking for a CB / meter rig? Maybe 12m too?

I have used/owned every radio mentioned in this thread so far, and I still have most of them here in my shack now. For what you asked about, I would choose the QT-80 (AT-6666 PRO) first, then the QT-60 PRO (AT5555Nii short case) as a close second. No question, as these are true dual purpose...
