For someone with the cable dangling outside their vehicle at 75 miles an hour the lmr-400 won't be flopping around in the Wind like lmr-240 or something thinner. Metal fatigue would make short work of The thinner cable at 75 miles an hour.
That stuff looks great, but seems hard to find here in the states. It seems to be really popular over in Europe. I like the copper foil much better than aluminum foil.
It was a nightmare trying to fish that 400 ultraflex through the hollow body panels of my vehicle. I think the lmr-240 ultraflex is probably the ideal choice for most people.

The audio characteristics of the Palomar sl41 is almost identical to the audio characteristics of the Astatic 575m6. If you can find one that's unmolested that radio would be the ideal candidate for that microphone.
The stock microphone from the Lincoln 2 is a little bit nicer than the stock Mic from the Anytone. The stock Mike from the cre 8900 sounds great also on the Anytone radio. There's some acoustic deficiencies with the molding of the stock at-6666 microphone housing that creates some weird sounds...
