You can use this to check values of the components and trace voltage paths to quicker locate the issue.

It really depends on what it does in the circuit. 90% of the time going up in uF a small amount is not a problem, but unless it will give you a known improvement in an area, I'd up the voltage rating and keep the same uF.

I just tried on 16 LSB, heard some faint chatter but couldn't make contact.

Well, I find it funny because I did the exact same thing and worse I'm sure. It's not so much laughing "at him" but laughing at myself looking back at the things I did.... which actually got me to where I am now.....still making mistakes and screwing things up, just on a much larger scale...

I heard this live yester day, about 2 PM my time. It was interesting to say the least.
