Wire, does your 655 v2 have noise reduction? I heard the original V2 655's did, then they removed it from the latest revision. I wish Stryker would add adjustability to the NR on the 955 v2. The one setting is a little heavy handed for my liking.

The stock hand mic on the IC-7300 is electret, I wonder if this would work well on it. Do you stuff that thing in an existing dynamic microphone frame like a Shure Sm58 or Heil ICM? Otherwise might have to get creative with a boom mount or holding it like a little Bob Barker microphone lol...

Care to share the modification you made to your m104m6 hand mic? I know D-rail sells modded m104m6 hand mics with modded V1 strykers. I know they can sound good.

Check out this video: The person Scott is talking to is using a Zetagi MB+5 desk mic at arms length on a Stryker 955 V2 (same board as your Anytone 5555 N2)

I saw a few pictures of 955's with black knobs and it does look nice. On the lookout for a knob set that will work with this radio. I think Scott is getting the KPO-5k knobs, which are close (minus one knob apparently)
