10 meters has been on the quiet side here for a few days. Only have made a. few contacts in Brazil, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico.

Was talking to local guy “38 special” on 27.385 LSB this morning. Things were very quiet then heard The Witch Doctor. Talked to WD very briefly then things got quiet and stayed that way. Thinking maybe WD put a spell on things.

Not so great yesterday. Puerto Rico, Mexico. Western USA later in afternoon started coming in. And then...some whacko on 28.425 constantly started chanting " China China...China China China...Buy China China China China...China Love China China China etc.,etc.

Who is gonna try one and see if it measures up?

Yesterday was fairly good on 10m. Logged in on QRZ.com a mobile in California. Then Mexico, Spain, France, Trinidad & Tobago. Crawdad and I “tag teamed” them and worked some of the same stations. That was pretty cool with me being in NC and Crawdad in Kentucky. Also loud and clear heard...

Not certain but I THINK most folks wanting 27.405 USB. Tried that numerous times today. Nothing but no speaka de Englis voices. Tonight now at 10;15 East Coast time (and every night) lots of semi local AM traffic on channel 40.
