Jeff, thanks again for your help. Adjusted the trombone section of the bottom. Super simple and really dialed the swr's in. Moving the rod out shortened the antenna and brought the swr's down even further. Thanks, Harry

Thank you Jeff. I set the antenna measurements for 11 meters. I wanted to see if I could fine tune the swr's. I believe I read somewhere to shorten the antenna you move the gamma rod out and to lenghten the antenna you push the rod in? Thanks again for your help.

I have been reading thru the long thread on the Vector referenced by AudioShockwav. I think I have confused myself. Can swr be adjusted by moving the gamma match rod in and out, or by moving the tip in and out? It seems to have been referenced both ways.

Monday nights 7:30 pm lower side of 38 the Southern Great Lakes group has their net based out of NW Indiana. Don is net control, group has been together for around 40 years.

I thought about that. I have not found very much info on dropping the trim pieces to access under the headliner. There's also airbags in the side pillars and duct work under the headliner. I not completely opposed to it if I could find more info on removing the parts. Google has been minimal help.

I did speak with Right Channel. At this point in time my only real option is going with a magnet mount on the center of the roof. No one has made a Suburban/Tahoe exclusive mount as of yet. As more Suburbans are made there will be a mount, just not at this time.

I just picked up a 2022 Surburban. I've been looking at antenna mount options. I really don't want to drill a hole in the roof or run a magnetic. The underhood bracketoptions are limited at best. Any thoughts would be great. Thank you in advance. Harry

Yes they are. My issue is that I have neighbors with wireless security cameras that are throwing hash. I bought this speaker to try and reduce the noise floor on 11 meters. The speaker works phenomenal on SSB but AM not so much for my situation.
