Update. I called Friday and the nice lady said they had some computer issues and that it would be sent out right away. I received a UPS ship notification shortly after and it should be here by Tuesday. I feel better now. I will start ordering from them now.

Just to be clear, you want the Uniden Washington (mb8719) and not the president Washington (upd858)?

I use the Sam's for the 142gtl but if you need it specifically for the Uniden Washington, the folks at Sam's owe me a favor, I can try to cash it in for you.

Relax y'all, they're are all dead. Guy who owns this radio doesn't have cockroaches (except these) but the guy he got it from a few years ago, he could use some advice. But that smell, it still lingers!

Check the polarized electrolytic caps for correct orientation, probably the most common cause after recap is ya got one backwards. Or installed a faulty capacitor.

Leave it to me to take that cockroach thing literal.
