No, just saying how I would prefer to run them at a level of 100 or so watts output each. I’m certain they can do more than that. How much more, I don’t know. I tend the think the 4x1446s would be a better bet if that’s an option for you.

A biased 4x1446 amp would be a nice rig. I love those transistors (from experience abusing them years ago). A little over 100watts per 1446, no problem. Incidentally, that’s close to the same power level I run my DEIs at.

Keep in mind that the ohm meter will tell you continuity at DC. Just because the mount reads good to ground with a multimeter won’t confirm that it works at RF. What are you changing the mount to?
