Here’s a couple of items that I purchased while bored……..
Heathkit HM-102 - purchased from the original owner/assembler and lic ham in Wa state $65+ the trip.
Para Dynamics PDC4-DX - purchased as part of a package deal and not needed $35+ the trip. I have not used this, but everything else...
I’ve had pretty good luck with my Siro 5000 as well. Radio has a pair of 2290’s inside, one of them high dollar aluminum pucks on a headache rack with lots of ground straps and 18’ of LMR240UF from HRO. I enjoy the challenge of being a low power mobile and for the most part I avoid contact with...
I had a couple of covers made for other amps at a local mechanical contractor shop that does fabrication/sheetmetal bending. Pretty cheap and quality material, just drill holes and powder coat…..

Haven't heard a lot lizzard on the air in 25+ years. Truck stop across the road from my job is crawling with 'em, but I don't think their boyfriends (pimps) have cb radios............
Well I quickly became one of those 11m buying beasts being discussed elsewhere......so these gotta go........
Photo 1 & 2 - EC-2018 (4 pin) and 2 x DM-452 (1 ea 4 pin and 1 ea 5 pin). These three are all fresh off Chris Holland's bench @ Superior CB.
Photo 3 & 4 - Astatic Trucker II, Turner RK...
Hmmmmm..........I got some mics back from Chris Holland a few weeks ago, tried a couple of them (EC-2018 and DM-452)out yesterday on the RCI 6300F150. W/o a monitor radio, I resorted to headphones in the speaker jack and a bit of talkback. Not sure if they're wired wrong or what the deal is, but...
SA-600 roll back top.
Unlike CB gear, probably no golden screwdrivers in here, but I will have to find someone to recap it I think. Oleg in Mn wants $400+ for the job, not sure that I'm that committed yet.
