I assume that the PA in my 6300F150 is also the same. Hopefully I can retrofit this rig with a 6300F150 heatsink, as this one is about 1/2" deeper and doesn't fit well in my mobile mount. Barkett has them listed and I've asked them to verify stock and fitment.

Those are really not too far off what my total investment is, but after sitting since '99, probably going to need a few caps. I also found it interesting that every pic that I find indicates 3 bands, however mine has a 6 band control and the ebay listing states 6 band also.......smells...

I have this same unit in Kenwood trim, haven't hooked it up yet. Anyone have any additional comments on them ? I've had my eye on the Palstar PM2000AM for permanent mobile installation, might try the Kenwood out first though...... Todd
