my 8 digit frequency counter and i also own 11 other radios and another 6666 this 6666 is low on lsb and i can not find a service manual for it my other 6666 is dead on as are my other radios

Who told me what? I asked a question on how to adjust the frequency on lsb for the 6666 Because i can not find information or a schematic on this radio. I have heard said radio on air, and have a 8 digit frequency counter it is low on LSb.. I just have no resources to make the fine adjustment...

Does anyone know where to adjust the ssb frequency? I have a 6666 here that is about 1kc off on lsb

I have one of these, and want to back the am modulation down, can not find what W it is anywhere anyone have a service manual on these? or what each of the W labeled vr's do?

The wiring harnesses on the 955's are known for this some have resorted to using a hot glue gun to hold them down in place, is it advisable? I have no idea, My 955 will never be a mobile unit, I was talking to a local driver that passes through my area this week, he has my old fine tuned cb...

the lincoln II has a new plus model out it does everything you would need in a small package.am and ssb stability are very well known with the uniden products.. RIC makes very cheap mainboards

i just pulled 109 still has talkback but not as loud...

nope it is not that version this is hard wired to the echo switch itself. the best i can find is to lower or higher the volume by 109 there are no traces of the other 2 types of talkback additions on this board at all. http://downloads.cobra.com/10meter/200GTL/200GTLtbVolume.pdf

How can i disable the talkback on a rev 3 board where they tied it to the ECHO switch? as soon as you turn on the echo talkback comes on.. this was not done like rev 1 and 2 boards where thing were added.. This is factory tied to the switch

Mine will arrive tomorrow, Mark @ fine tune did a nice video on them they are worth a try I will follow up with an on air recording i will use the 4 pin adapter on the lincoln for now until the 6 pin version is ready..
