I transplant the crystal packet from Philmore LM101S microphones into the dead MC320’s (The LM101 is Still produced) There are two locals that run elements that I rebuilt and none of us can tell any difference between those two and good MC320 elements. I also convert them to Ceramic (MC321) as well.

Never had buttons, so I was doubting it was what you were after. Likely not hard to install them though. On second look, the nameplate on the front is up and down switches. Seem they may or may not be volume up and down. May not be too hard to swap them over to channel switches.

Glad you got ahold of one! I had always assumed you had one already. I just mostly finished with one that I picked up a few years ago. Nearly done with the recap on it. Cleanup is somewhat ongoing, but nearly done. It is one of my favorite radios!
