    My guess would be that the capacitor in the can has gone south and you need a new can for LSB.

    Just picked up a old Texas Star DX667v

    Set the dead key of the radio with the amp on so that you see the output dead key of the amp on full power to ¼ of the swing. The amp will run well, sound good and live forever.

    Of course you can't. It's most likely a custom exclusive part for that manufacturer. They don't want the board to be repaired, only replaced. What a racket. Good luck with your search.
