Well I have had my N2 for some time now and I have two things that I dont like. The adjacent channel rejection is not as good as the 6666 or any other radio I have had . And I,m having no luck getting the weather station installed all I get is ERROR when I try , other than that I love the radio .

I got my N2 at Hesenate radio us and did NOT get the programming cable .

Still on the phone and trying to do this is hard on the eyes and befor some one has a pup far is not spelled fare . Will post more as I learn more . I have the n2 and it was dead nuts on

Just got my n2 up and working 5 min ago , 50 watts on sb , turned it down to 25 snd made 2 contacts . The hand mic works good for what it is , I love the rx way nicer than the 6666 . That's all I know about the radio so fare

My cable came in , but my com Sent from my phone , Cable came in , computer went out going to look at best_byes for new one waiting for program from Amazon will get back ASP.

I can only say that the radio I got did not come with one .

Cable ordered ETA monday , and about that packing job from AMAZON .Radio box from anytone put in large box from amazon , had room for 3 radio box,s with room to spare and NO paper or bubble wrap nothing to cushion the radio box but AIR . AMAZING !

OK men I had some time so I took the back off the radio here,s what I see . The board is completely different the 5555N is what you and I see for the mod OP1. The board for the 5555N2 is way different and I can not find OP1 anywhere . I say wait for the NEW MOD for the N2 come,s out I know...

Any way it,s to late to do the mod to day for me and it did not come with the programming cable that will have to come later to .Hopefully I will see how it works with TX and...

The one I ordered was the 5555N2 , the ad said with cable . I hope that means programing cable ,we will see when it get,s here .

I ordered one over a week back and if all go,s well it,s supposed to be here on 5/12 , with all the talk this radio has generated I can hardly wait to see it much less use it . If it work,s as good as the 6666 I,ll be happy .
