It seems like something must change on one of the components because many of the old radios I align don't sound right at factory specs. but after zero beeting they are perfect. Some value must change on some component with age. Sounds crazy but?

There are two silver bands in this choke. I know silver is Mill Spec. So. Is this, orange, orange, red and silver or orange, orange, and red. Or just red orange orange? Nothing I found is too clear. Thanks

I removed a useless channel mod from this radio. It is all back but the wire that lights the channel display. So when I push the dim button the meter dims but the channel display wire is not where it belongs and does not dim.They moved it. I need to know the color wire. There is a picture where...
