OK just my 2 cents first you have a good radio in the conex 3300 BUT if you use the amp keep the RF POWER switch set on lo becaus the amp you have only needs 1 to 4 watts to see 100 watts if your radio was tuned right it should top out around 45 to 48 watts when you talk oh the HI...

Hi just got 1 and its so nice and loude and yes on no clipping you dont need to 1 thing on the bench into a dummy load it puts out 50 watts but when you but it to your fave antenna you may only see 25 To 40 watts just my 2 cents still very nice radio

HI just an update i did finde 249 clipped it did not make much diff ( so maybe i have a weak part some where ) i also cliped D 80 and it did nothing no talkback so o well but thanks fore the help :thumbup1:
