    echo board in base?

    my apologies, the radio is a cobra 139xlr base, the echo board is a rf limited br-1. I couldn't find 12v. I found 8v on the meter lights, but instructions said 12. I am techinally illiterate inside the radio. if you could help I would surely appreciate it. Thanks, petey

    or only mobile, it seems that 12v power source is issue. I tried to hook to power supply with the 12v wire, also tried grnd from pwr supply but got no reults?:confused:
