Magnum Delta Force low am modulation and swing

I just bought a Magnum Delta Force on ebay and when i installed the radio it key up about 8watts but had no forward swing. Also on reports to locals they would state that the modulation was to low. I installed a Diode 1n4001 swing kit and it has a swing. I adjusted the RF power to go down to...
