I worked them again this morning. 17m, FT8. Customary Frequency on 17m is 18.100. They were at 3000 Hz. Some radios have a standard SSB filter bandwidth of 2800 Hz. You may have to move your frequency up a bit. They are not using Fox/Hound but MSHV with two or three streams. No need to...

Also....Normal Fox and Hound on FT8 would have the DX transmitting on the even time interval. 3Y0J is TXing on the odd interval. Many people are complaining about this. I think it is pretty clever. If you hear 3Y0J with an even TX interval it is a pirate.

I worked them this morning on 30m, FT8, at 06:30 UTC (01:30 Eastern time). They were using two Fox and Hound streams. I would have preferred a CW contact but I'll take what I can get.

I have the RT software for many radios. I have the 857 which is similar to your radio. I have both the Yaesu ADMS and RT software. I like the interface compared to the Yaesu software. Enjoy your radio.
