My wife is bugging me to add a few electrified strands to the yard. How much trouble will that cause me? Is it just a given that electric fences will generate rfi? Are there any particular types or brands of fence products I should look for that will give me the best chance of not generating...

The manual I downloaded from Yaesu has jack for installation info, just says I should know what I'm doing since I'm a ham. :p OK, sure, but it doesn't tell me if the mic plugs into the box or the head. My FTM-10SR will plug into either location - is the 350 the same way?

What about vehicle in-dash radios with bluetooth? Can the Yaesu pair with your Alpine CD player? Can you hear the Yaesu through your stereo speakers?

I'd be interested in a Wouxun depending on the discount offered. I've only got one HT, I could use another.

$300 is quite a bit more than the $200 people were throwing around when the item was first announced. Not as attractive at this price point. I guess I'll sit back and wait for it to actually arrive on these shores to make up my mind ;)
