From what I have heard from more than a few different local ops MMM does a lot of broadcast radio work for more than a few different stations locally. I think he does set up, repair work, & the like. Take this as 2nd/ 3rd hand knowledge as I have never met the man in person.

Honestly, I have never met him in person. I have chatted with him a few time when I was up near him & he was running around in his mobile. I have seen a video off him & BBI chatting. I believe this video was shot in MMM's station.
