    Studio Microphone Scissor Boom

Hi Guys, I bought a cheap scissor boom lamp to use with my microphone, I thought "Great 22 bucks"! after changing this and that I have noticed it just isn't strong enough to hold up my new Shure sm 58. Long story short I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a scissor boom that will easily hold...

Help with Great Audio for my 148gtl

Ok thank you Dipole, yes I did notice that my mic picks up a lot of background noise. Well I'm in luck I can return it and exchange. Maybe I shall try a Shure sm 58. I do like the look of my condenser though lol. Maybe I can find a dynamic mic that looks similar to the one I have now. :)

K40 base load vs. Firestick top load

Thanks very much Jazz, I was hoping to get a trunk lip mount but I guess the mag will be fine. I know it works better on the roof but I just don't like the look of it on my car lol. I'm looking around to see what US dealers will ship to Canada. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

K40 base load vs. Firestick top load

Hi Guys, Just looking for info in regards to the k40 antenna trunk lip mount. In comparison to a 5' fiberglass Firestick top loaded on a trunk lip mount. I only run about 200 watts. I read that a top loaded antenna and a center loaded antenna is more efficient than a base loaded antenna...

    Beginner antenna questions

A UVS 300 from Workman is pretty good in my opinion for 2m and 70 cm. I also use a shorty 80/ 40 m dipole it works well on 20m with a tuner. And for cb imax 2000 with ground planes. Both verticals are on 3 sections of conduit telescoped together with one set of guys about 2 feet from the top...
