You should probably take a look at Mouser.com Digikey.com for them, probably save a bit of money, there are other places as well, I usually use one of these though...
The Fatboy I have here used the smaller tranformer, no idea how it worked, picked it up as a project (DOA) and haven't gotten around to it yet....
It looks pretty much like the one Booty posted, except of course it had 2879 transistors in it, they all look pretty damn close to the same...
Radioman may be in the right area, have you checked to see if you still have abnormal heat on the chassis?
